Barth & Patek requests a payment in advance to cover the cost of the first step. This payment will be part of the fees settlement.

The Firm and the client will agree on a specific and regular way of payment to avoid high installments.

First Appointment

Fees can usually be estimated after the first meeting.

New clients will be required to pay immediately a standard fee to cover the first appointment.

However, this payment depends on the case. In particular, clients helped by the Geneva State will not pay this initial fee.
